8 out of 10 Americans try or resolve to lose weight every year, yet over 90% fail on a long term basis. The weight loss product area is the largest area ever in MLM programs, and more books have been writen on the subject than virtually anything else.

Yet there is virtually nothing new on the subject and weight contol is a very simple subject which only has a very simple equation: Food/Energy/Calories ingested = Calories burned + calories excreted + calories stored. In other words, weight.

Yet all these products find a new way to put a new spin on the subject but in essence must comply with the basic formula.

Yes, there ARE variables within each category, but the PRINCIPLE remains the same.

You can control some of the variables: What you take in; how fast you consume calories (sedentary or exercise) while some of the "formulas" modify other factors such as metabolism. Also excretion can at least be modified with things such as laxatives and other practices which the anorexic/bolemic knows all too well.

This web site is devoted to the idea of simplicity and once you understand the information, you no longer need to go buy all the latest how many calories you burneas. You may need some help in possible excretory functions, but you understand the idea.
